Pricing

Straightforward pricing.
No surprises.

Two steps: check how much disk space your computer uses, then choose your recovery window. That's it.

Step 1

Find your data size

On Windows: Open File Explorer → right-click your C: drive → select Properties → look at the "Used space" number. That number determines which pricing group you're in.

Not sure what you'll see? Most home computers with a few years of photos, documents, and applications use between 100 GB and 400 GB. Very few home users are above 1 TB.

Frequently asked questions

We monitor your storage usage as part of the service. If you approach the upper limit of your group, we'll contact you before any change is made. Moving to the next group is straightforward — your backups continue uninterrupted.
No contracts. Pay monthly and cancel any time — if you cancel, your backups remain accessible through the end of your billing period. Prefer to save a little? Prepay annually and receive 10% off. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 30 days.
The first backup uploads your entire selected dataset and can take several days on a slower connection — that's completely normal and expected. After the first backup, only changed data is uploaded daily, which is typically a small fraction of your total data size.
Healthcare providers are required to retain certain patient records for up to 6 years. The Enterprise plan's 3 yearly snapshots, combined with 365-day daily retention, provides a retention profile that supports HIPAA compliance for backup purposes. We recommend consulting your compliance advisor for your specific requirements.

Nothing. Restores are included in your subscription at no additional charge. No per-restore fees. No egress fees. No "gotcha" bills when you actually need to recover something.
